Exchange and Return Policy:

1. Eligibility: We only allow returns and exchanges if the item is defective, and this issue is reported within 30 days after receiving the item.
2. Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days. We will send you a replacement and cover the shipping fees after receiving the initial defective item in good condition.
3. Wrong Size: We do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size. Please measure your mattress carefully before placing your order.
4. Color Preferences: We do not accept returns or exchanges based on color preferences. Please choose your product with color in mind.
